Key Dimension Control Points:

Bending compensation formula: BA = π*(R K· T)*A/180 (K takes 0.3-0.5, T is the plate thickness, A is the bending angle)
Hole positioning: Using laser cutting CCD visual positioning system, the hole distance tolerance can be controlled at ±0.05mm
Welding deformation control: The welding path is optimized through finite element simulation, and the welding deformation of a communication base station chassis is reduced from 1.2mm to 0.3mm
Industry standard: EN 10143 stipulates that the flatness tolerance of sheet metal parts below 1.5mm with a plate thickness of less than 1.5mm ≤ 0.5mm/m.
