Customer service centre has been established at Tianfeng to provide clients with efficient hotline services. 

When a complaint is lodged against us, the sales person will take a detailed note and inform relevant department to deal with the problem. We assure that a satisfactory response will be given to the customer in regard to the complaint. 

The sales department issues Customer Satisfaction Inventory to customers via fax or e-mail, getting the feedback from the customer about the products and services.
